We're based in St Fergus, just outside Peterhead. Most of our work is
within about half an hour's drive — Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Mintlaw,
Longside, Cruden Bay, Ellon and the surrounding villages. We also travel into Aberdeen. If your village isn't on the
list, just ask.

Yes — gas, oil and LPG. We supply and install energy-efficient systems,
help you choose the right model for your home, and handle the system
flush, certification and warranty registration.

Yes. A lot of homes around here are off the gas grid, so oil and LPG
are a big part of what we do.

Usually a repair. Call us and describe what's happening — often we can
tell you on the phone whether it's something simple. If it does need
replacing, we'll say so plainly and explain why, rather than quoting
for a new one by default.

Once a year. It keeps the manufacturer's warranty valid and catches
worn parts before they fail — usually in the middle of winter, when
it's least convenient.

Yes. We carry out annual gas safety inspections and issue the CP12
certificate required by law for every let property with gas appliances.
If you have several properties, we can do them in one visit.

Yes. A heat pump needs servicing much like a boiler does — filters
clog, pressures drift, and efficiency drops off quietly before anyone
notices. We service and repair air source heat pumps regardless of who
fitted them.

Yes — full installations, shower replacements and en-suites, including
tiling, plumbing and waste. We'll work to your design or help you plan
one that fits the space.

No. Quotes are free, written down before any work starts, and there's
no obligation.

For breakdowns, usually within 1-2 working days. For planned work like
a new boiler or a bathroom, we'll agree a date that suits you.

Yes. We're MCS certified, which matters because the Home Energy
Scotland grant of up to £7,500 — £9,000 in rural areas — is only
available when both the installer and the equipment are certified.
We'll check whether your property is suitable before you commit to
anything, and we help with the grant paperwork.

We take emergency calls Monday to Friday, 9-17. Outside those
hours leave a message and we'll come back to you first thing.
